- Preheat oven to 425
- Season lima beans with seasoning of your choosing and spread them flat onto a baking tray.
- Once the oven is hot, place the tray with lima beans in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- While the beans are cooking, prep your yogurt bowl. Scoop out 1/4 cup of yogurt into 4 bowls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the ingredients on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
- Once the beans are finished, add them to the bowls. Serve and enjoy!
